Join Jan Carfagno RYT 500, in Exploring Yoga for Well Being.


This 60-minute class will include breath work (Pranayama), yoga postures (Asana), and meditation (Dhyana) for these uncertain times.  This practice is suitable for all levels and Yoga is accessible to everyone to the exclusion of no one. Yoga does not care how much we weigh, what we look like or what we do for a living. In fact, we will explore modifications and safe alternatives for students taking care of various parts of the body, i.e. the knees or wrists.  A yoga mat and yoga blocks are highly encouraged.


Practicing Yoga can help in regulating our moods by tapping into our parasympathetic nervous system bringing about a sense of calm to our over-stressed mind and body.


This beginner’s series class is for:

  • Humans Only-do not bring your cat to this class; there are plenty of adoptable cats joining us!
  • Participants must be at least 18 yrs old
  • Do not attend if you have any type of cat allergy
  • If you have any physical limitations or injuries, consult with your doctor before taking this class
