Please Prepare Before Arrival:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so one of our friendly staff members can check you in for your visit. Late arrival may be refused entry.
Our Cat Nook Crew will confirm your booked visit, ensure that you sign the Cat Lounge Release Form. You will use hand sanitizer before and after you visit with the kittens and we hope you have an amazing time during your visit!
Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult that is at least 21 years of age. We require 1 adult chaperone over 21 years of age to accompany 3 minors under 12 years old.
Kittens will be loose on the cafe side and not kept in any enclosure. Our helpful volunteers will be reviewing safety procedures when handling and interacting with the kittens.
Please take the time to plan your visit. We cannot issue refunds for missed or cancelled appointments. If you need to cancel your booking fee will be considered a donation to the care of our cats. Much Appreciated!
Remember to bring your ticket that will be issued and received via email to check-in upon arrival.

Event tickets, cat lounge visits and other tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you wish to cancel, or do not arrive to your pre-booked spot, your purchase will count as a donation to the Cat Nook Cafe.
By completing this reservation, I attest that myself or no members of my party:
* has had a temperature above 100.4°F in the past 72 hrs.
*have not knowingly been in contact with anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks.
*have not had any of the following symptoms in the past 2 weeks: Fever, Cough, Shortness of Breath, Persistent Chest Pain or Pressure.
*consent to having body temperature taken upon entrance to the Cat Nook Cafe and if any member of my party have temperatures over 100.4°F, all members will be refused entrance and reservation fees will be refunded
COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing. The Cat Nook Café has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, due to the contagious nature of COVID19, I voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself and members of my party (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my visit to the Cat Nook Cafe. On my behalf I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Cat Nook Cafe, and any interested parties from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Cat Nook Cafe whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any event at the Cat Nook Cafe.
