Yoga with Cats AND KIDS!
Cost: $20 per 1 Hour Class
What is included: 1 free hot Keurig beverage (tea and coffee varieties) and some time with the instructor after class.
To Prepare Before Class:
- This Yoga class designed just for kids ages 7 and up.
- It is helpful to wear comfortable clothes allowing free movement.
- Please leave perfume at home as we do not know what scents may irritate other students in class.
- If possible please come early to class to allow for smooth transitioning from the outside world to the self-quieting practice of yoga.
- Bringing a yoga mat, a hydrating beverage and yoga blocks to class may ensure a safer and more comfortable practice.

Parents/Guardians can watch through our 2 large windows or in the cat lounge. Space is limited in the lounge so it will be first come first serve. Others will need to remain in the café.
Event tickets, cat lounge visits and other tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you wish to cancel, or do not arrive to your pre-booked spot, your purchase will count as a donation to the Cat Nook Cafe.
