Yoga With Cats
What is included: 1 free hot Keurig beverage (tea and coffee varieties) and some time with the instructor after class.
To Prepare Before Class:
- It is helpful to wear comfortable clothes allowing free movement.
- Please leave perfume at home as we do not know what scents may irritate other students in class.
- Please arrive by 10:20 am to allow for smooth transitioning from the outside world to the self-quieting practice of yoga.
- Bringing a yoga mat, a hydrating beverage and yoga blocks to class may ensure a safer and more comfortable practice.
